Help with deposit in south florida

I have a job that pays well but my current apartment is trying to charge me all these extra fees and i have to move, just need help with the deposit which is 3000 because the current apartment is saying i haven’t paid them but i am still renting here and my lease is not up they have my deposit but because they put this on my rental history it’s making my deposit extremely high. Need help soon
